For experienced Florida agents

Keep 100% of your commission. Build the business you run.

LPE Realty is a licensed, cloud-based Florida brokerage for seasoned agents who already know how to win clients, and want to keep what they earn and reinvest it in their business.

100%Commission. No percentage split.
Flat$500 per transaction, capped at $5,000 a year.
$0Monthly fees. No desk, tech or franchise fees.
CloudBrokerage. Work where your clients are.

No monthly fees. Ever.

$0 a month to be an LPE agent.

Most brokerages bill you every month, whether you close or not. LPE Realty doesn’t. Your fees come out of your closings, not your bank account, and the transaction tools we require are included.

The model

Your commission should fund your business, not a split.

At a traditional brokerage, 10% to 50% of every commission goes to the company. At LPE Realty there is no split. You keep your commission, pay a flat $500 fee per closed transaction that stops at a $5,000 annual cap, and decide where your money goes.

Put that difference back into your business: better listing marketing, more advertising, more reach. Better-marketed listings help win the next listing, and that flywheel is the idea LPE is built on.

  1. 01

    Keep your commission

No percentage split on any deal, at any production level.

  2. 02

    Reinvest it

Put the money other brokerages would keep into media, ads and premium placement.

  3. 03

    Win more business

Stronger marketing wins sellers’ attention, and the next listing.

Questions agents ask

Straight answers.

Is it really 100% commission?

Yes. LPE Realty does not take a percentage split of your commission. You pay a flat $500 brokerage fee per closed side until you have paid $5,000 in a year, a $195 compliance fee per closed side, and a $500 annual fee. There are no monthly, desk, technology or franchise fees. Fees are locked for 12 months at a time.

Are there monthly fees?

No. LPE Realty charges $0 a month: no desk fees, no technology fees, no franchise fees and no signup or exit fees. Your fees come out of your closings.

Who is LPE Realty looking for?

Licensed, active Florida agents who already run their own business: you generate your own clients, you know the contract, and you want to keep more of what you earn. LPE does not run a new-agent training program.

Do I have to work from an office?

No. LPE Realty is a cloud-based brokerage, so you work where your clients are.

Does LPE Realty provide leads?

Buyers and sellers who register on lperealty.com are routed to LPE agents. We do not promise a lead volume. LPE is built for agents who generate their own business, and company leads are a bonus, not the plan.

Is there a non-compete?

No. If you leave, your license is released promptly. The agreement only restricts soliciting clients the brokerage supplied and recruiting LPE agents for a limited period.

Where is LPE Realty licensed?

LPE Realty LLC is a Florida real estate brokerage licensed by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, license CQ1075686.

What happens after I join the waitlist?
