The traditional split
At most brokerages, an agent hands 10% to 50% of every commission to the company, often on top of monthly desk and technology fees. That money pays for overhead the client never sees, and it comes out of what the agent could have spent on the client’s sale.
LPE Realty takes a different path. There is no percentage split: agents pay a flat fee per transaction, capped each year, and keep the rest.
